What are the requirements to become a surrogate?
Future Generation Surrogacy puts surrogates’ health and safety first.Every woman who wants to become a surrogate must meet some basic requirements to ensure having a smooth surrogacy journey.
Must be between the ages of 21 – 36
It is highly suggested by IVF doctors.
Must had at least one uncomplicated pregnancy and delivery
Also raise up your own child
Must be a non-smoker and non-drug user
Including marijuana, even if you live in the legal states
Must be financial and living stable
You need to give up food stamp or any other government assistance in surrogacy.
Must have a strong supportive system
Married or partnered spouse/partner must be willing to cooperate and participate whatever necessary
Must be U.S. citizen or permanent resident
Must Not currently reside in any of these following states: Nebraska, Louisiana, and Michigan
Must agree to psychological, drug & criminal screening
Free background check for you to start from us
Must have Body Mass Index of no higher than 32
Check you BMI
Must be flexible with medical appointments and travel
Generally IVF screening (1 day) and embryo transfer (3-4 days) required reimbursable travels if you live far from the IVF clinic.
Must be in good physical & mental health
We will arrange physcial and mental screening for you
